OK if you have dialga and/or palkia you will be fine in the pokemon elite 4. Also keep in mind if you have azelf,mesprit and uxie you will be finer(if you train it well).
Battle rule:
1.lv.62-79 you will win(for sure)
2.good skill
3.have fun
